Due to the nature of live events and package bookings, all purchases are final once confirmed.
The hotel accommodation included in this package is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or amended after purchase.
Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once an order has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law or where expressly authorised by the relevant event organiser.
If an event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, any refund or alternative solution for the ticket will be subject to the applicable organiser's policy. The hotel accommodation remains non-refundable.
Please ensure that you are able to attend the event and meet all applicable UK entry requirements before completing your purchase.
